Can you share calculations @ [email protected]

I have many investment properties with separate partners, Now I`m planning to quit claim them to LLC. now here is hard part,

I`m not sure if I can quit my share to my LLC and they can quit claim their share to their own LLC. or there needs to be one LLCs and all parties has to quit claim to this single LLC ?

Could you please guide us on this ?

@Brandon Turner @Tatiana Gershanovich @Tarl Yarber @Troy Fisher @Rudranil @Anup Shah

thanks !!

Ah, I am going for 4 weeks of vacation otherwise this was a must to attend session,

Please record it and do share the link

I and my partner is planning to on board some investors and to make things more streamlined we  are planning to

1. Setup a LLC - that will be used for all the investor tie-ups

2. open a bank account for this LLC.

I`ve questions related to same

1. What are the things we should take care for this setup ? any personal experience

2. Is there any better way to handle this situation ?

3. how this LLC is different than an LLC for a business ?

4. which bank do you use and what are benefits ?

BRRRR is a great strategy- I love it. Rehabing my first BRRRR right now. Will post once complete.

Pradeep, Rudy, how did you share the responsibilities in the partnership?

 Not yet fully matured but general rule of thumb is Own the responsibility if you started it, as I`m learning I don`t mind asking questions and doing on my own.
