go here FilePlace

or here Forums

Or hire a Attorney.

Information should be Free, but Legal Advice is Absolutely Indispensable.

On the BP podcasts they always ask what sets apart successful investors.  I think one of the big things is saving and sacrificing.  People who are looking to get into RE so they can take nice vacations are not the ones who are going to have long term success.

 Agreed!

Now that your retire, what time do you wake up?

What time is acceptable or yet better appropriate. I don't think that you ever retire, you want to try and stay as busy as possible to retain your independence.

@D'Andrea Bush

Welcome BP, make sure and check the Podcast.

It's a treasure trove of free information & Inspiration. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day and neither should your Real Estate Investing. There are plenty of paths to choose from, So research and pick the best one that suits your interest. For example, I really like ground up construction, but fix/flip doesn't interest me. Both have to do with building, but one fits my niche better.

Cheers
