I am in need of a contact for deed! I have a deal that just came through and most likely will be a contract for deed .... I appreciate everyone's help in advance!!

Just be careful.  Dodd-Frank and the SAFE Act introduced many new regulations that creates some potential pitfalls in these types of transactions.  You don't want to set the seller up for problems later on.   Each state was left largely on their own as to how to enforce the new restrictions.  In Texas the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act spells it out.  Kansas likely instituted their own version. 

These deals can still be done.  There are just some really strict rules, regs & disclosure requiremments.  Good luck!
