Friends is it a good idea to open a business google account for my LLC or just a website is fine?

My purpose is to increase reviews and ratings for my business.

My LLC is for wholesaling and rental portfolio business. Having a google account would give people permission to write google reviews about my business.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!!

@Bruce Woodruff

I appreciate you helping me out.

This was my first agreement ever in real estate investment business. I know I made mistake, I was excited to jump in and grab a deal and wanted to make it quick as soon as possible so that no one else can take it. He agreed to all my terms and 6 days later old tenant stopped by at that property when I was there and he told the whole story about how they scammed him. He backed out of that lease in 15 days. Long story short, when I came to know the whole picture, I wasn’t comfortable renewing the lease in my llc name next month. As being so new in investing I didn’t had my llc formed when the signing the lease so he said for this month sign in your name and then form an llc and from next month renew it under your llc name. Its was a lease option so I didn’t wanted to continue with shady people. All I was trying to figure out that can I get my 1 month rent back which he took it in the form of cashiers check. He waived the deposit money. He was coming back at the end of month to sign a new lease under my llc name. There is lot which can’t be explained here.

At the end it was hard lesson learned.

@Nathan G. I did asked later for the full name of LLC and its address but they are hiding it, I don't know why.

I’m not living in there, its inhabitable currently. I was supposed to do some renovations and was going to sublease it.

I can’t work with someone who hide their identity.

I’m figuring out how to get my rent back for that month.

I was out within 4 days of getting into lease.

Right now the lease ends on Jan 31st 2022 and we were supposed to get into lease option for 1year and option agreement for 3 years from Feb 2022. But now I can’t work with shady people.

Just trying to get my rent back for Jan month.

Hello, I live in Ohio and owner is not willing to give me full form of their LLC name and address.

There is no full name and address of LLC in lease agreement.

Can I declare it void in small claim court and ask for my rent money back because I’m not comfortable continuing the lease when their is no transparency from owners side?

All I have is LLC initial and phone number of person whose real name I came to know from somewhere else.

Please help. This is going to go in small claim court and I want to make sure that I can terminate the lease on account of false and incomplete owners information in lease agreement.

Thank you in advance!!

@Jonathan Greene I won’t be asking them to buy their houses, in-fact would be giving them 7 ways to get out of foreclosure.

@Omni Casey great post👍 I actually need help with buying my first investment deal through this strategy. Can you please help me in anyways?

Thank you!!

@Josh Caldwell that a nice way to look at it. I’ll keep an eye for a good deal and can later decide to wholesale it or flip it. Thanks you!!

Hello my bp community,

I have gathered enough information and my next step is to educate thoroughly into my first niche.

I’m little confused about which one to dive into, wholesaling or flipping single family house. Please help with any advice for my first deal. Thank you!!
