Pre foreclosure list?
Greetings my BP investors,
Where can I get pre pre foreclosure list and pre foreclosure list? My title company doesn’t provides them. Help!!

Pre-foreclosure lists are not what most people think. They are generated once a lis pendens is filed so more than half get resolved. Also, pre-foreclosures are the hardest calls to make since they are not in the full process yet and don't want to admit to some stranger on the phone that they can't pay their mortgage. What's your script for these?
