Did you end up doing it? I am considering it, but can't find a lot of 3rd party reviews, only testimonials from them.

Hi All! I wanted to see if anyone has experience working with Michael and Katrina on their bnb bootcamp? Sounds interesting, but I wanted to see if anyone had any first hand experience working with them.

Hi All! I wanted to see what folks' experience has been with Steadily for STR insurance. They are quick and responsive in terms of providing a quote, doing paperwork, and then answering questions, but I haven't actually had an issue yet. Anyone work with them and have some feedback for me?

I think one point I didn't mention was these are all DSCR loans and not conventional loans. Does this make a difference?

@Bob Okenwa this is very helpful. These are not Fannie Mae loans, but I am the original borrower and majority interest in the LLC.

@Brittany Guimond that is very interesting! I didn't think you could do that. I do like the LLCs for clean bookkeeping purposes, but am nervous about transferring the properties because of this due-on-sale clause. Though most of my properties are commercial loans.

@Brittany Guimond quick question. So you have an LLC for each individual property, but you didn't move the properties in the LLC? Thanks!

@Sara K Chilcote Thank you! I do like the credit cards for those bonus offers. That is one of the reasons I was considering maybe doing one and then waiting to do another one. These all have different EINs.

Hi All,

I have been hearing a lot of super varied information on transferring properties to LLCs and if the mortgage companies will invoke the due on sale clause. I talked to my mortgage broker and he is very confident this won't happen. My question is should I reach out to the mortgage company and if I should what is the right path? Just customer service? OR since these are mostly commercial loans will it not be an issue...I feel 99% sure, but that 1% is really bugging me. Thanks!

@Troy P. thank you so much for your thoughts. I like BP because I get honest responses like this. Now I'm thinking I should have invested all in one state. :) I will review what you said and see how to move forward.
