Transferring properties into LLCs

Hi All,

I have been hearing a lot of super varied information on transferring properties to LLCs and if the mortgage companies will invoke the due on sale clause. I talked to my mortgage broker and he is very confident this won't happen. My question is should I reach out to the mortgage company and if I should what is the right path? Just customer service? OR since these are mostly commercial loans will it not be an issue...I feel 99% sure, but that 1% is really bugging me. Thanks!
