Asking!!! as simple as it sounds I live in a market where people are paying way over asking price yes Dallas and the city at that, I spent months looking and one days I went to my boss and he mentioned someone he knew selling a home at that i could obtain a better price than if I were just buying from any random person in this market. If people know you’re looking for something they are more likely mention or recommend it so make sure they know you’re out for deals.

Question let’s say you finance and have a private lender, once you flip the home and make a profit I’m presuming you pay off the loan and then go right in and with the profit invest in another and take out another Loan?

Hello College student here very new to the real estate scene it is noted that cerner has promised 2 million to the neighboorhood, and 6 million to the development after it is complete. That also may effect market values for the neighboorhood. http://fox4kc.com/2016/03/18/cerner-building-project-promises-to-reinvigorate-bannister-mall-area/

19 Year Old Who has always had a passion for interior design and other aspects of home design such as floor plans and home remodel. Outside of HGTV I have zero experience in the field. Through many years of hard work while also attending college. I have finally saved up enough money to purchase a rehab home as the market in my state for homes is very affordable. Through this site I hope to establish connections, that can mentor educate and help me proceed with building a team. If you would like to learn more feel free to reach out to me.
