BP members in Grand Rapids. I have been an investor in GR for 6 years now and own and manage 18 rental units. Just recently I have got my realtors license to help me better my knowledge and increase my portfolio, whilst having the ability to serve others as well. If I can be of assistance, please contact me. I will also be sending out a direct mail campaign in the next 2 weeks, so let me know if you would like to be added to my contact list when I come across a property deal.

Regards

Paul

Tessa, I now have my Realtors license so will be able to assist you with purchases if that is what you are looking for. I am also about to mail to 2500 homeowners in GR looking for some off market deals, hoping to find some better value. Let me know if I can be of help in any way.

Personally I would save your money and spend it on marketing instead.  Listen to BP episodes and learn most of what you need to know from there and then speak with local investors to fill in any gaps. Listen at x1.5 sapped to crank through the 111 episodes!

A lot of the forms that you buy can also be purchased through your local REI group at a fraction of the cost.

If you want to buy the course, take my old Dean Graciosi course for half the price! :)

hi Tessa. If you're in GR you should come along to the REI meet at BW3s on 44th St. on the 2 Monday of every month. You can learn a lot there and also meet a lot of people you might be able to help you.

Hi Brandon, what came of the deal? Did you make it happen? What about splitting the deal into 3 or 4 packages and coordinating them to close so that you a) sell the package for the seller and b) open up more options to investors who are willing to spend $400-500k each. Paul
