@Alan Grobmeier what are you talking about I’ve lived here 6yrs & seen plenty increase in my area ftw to Irving west of Dallas sir, no Matter the neighbor!!!

If you want a big return on me I have a few investment idea that spark 10+%....

North ftw sir and frisco area off 380 

Wanting to get a couple mobile home for  low $20,000 mark 3/4 homes I could get & rehab for that total.....in turn rent or sell for a nice profit/return in the Dfw market with my buyer list/rent to own/owner finance as a type to occupy the homes!!!

Well since I moved here it as improved, mainly the roads, that’s what you have to have 1st, (I drive trucks) so I know roads lol 

But I’m looking into what the have going on, the apartment complex they talking about knocking down, that’ll get people looking at the area real hard, like what are they going to put in lace of of???? More new improve apartments who knows!!!

@Matt Bonestroo is it hard to get broker license, I’m getting into selling MH myself & rehab them, for rent to own?!?
