I am also weighing the idea of the franchise.  Apparently, it costs $50K Brick and mortar or $15k as an associate franchisee.  They also want you to have at least $50k in liquid assets.  You'll also have to pay monthly fees (1 to 5k) for marketing and a kickback to the company upon the sale of a property.  

Talking with a franchisee, he says after all the fees, it's worth the leads you get.  

Does anyone else have any insight to the franchise?
