Hi everyone.

We currently have 3 blocks of Land in Port Charlotte Florida that we which to develop to put houses on and then either sell or rent.

To be able to do this we need help and we are looking for either JV / Money Partners with experience in developing land into sell able properties or as positive cash flowing rentals.

We are experienced property investors in Australia and currently working on a large sub division in Adelaide South Australia.

We are based in Australia, have a small interest in US but want to grow this. 

We also do buy hold,flipping and find deals for investors. Presently working on a Commercial property in South Australia. 

I am able to find properties in Florida  but have hit a brick wall with finance as I am not a US citizen.

Looking for Private money lenders or work with people like yourselves in a JV.

I have found several very good Multi Family units in Florida with good cap rates. We are now looking to partner or JV with fellow REI to assist us in purchasing one or more of these properties.

Being from Australia it is a challenge to get up and running we have goals and determined to make it.

I too am looking for a JV that can help with actual financing on multi family properties that I have found in Florida, I have several properties looking at present.

It sounds like a lot of work is needed on the property, I can understand that you could be frightened a little, I would be.  It sounds like you are an action person so take action, BUT make sure you do your Due Diligence on the property. Do the numbers add up as Brandon Turner states the numbers have to work for you.
