Hi everyone.

We currently have 3 blocks of Land in Port Charlotte Florida that we which to develop to put houses on and then either sell or rent.

To be able to do this we need help and we are looking for either JV / Money Partners with experience in developing land into sell able properties or as positive cash flowing rentals.

Full details can be sent to on the land lots.

We are experienced property investors in Australia and currently working on a large sub division in Adelaide South Australia.

We look forward to hearing from like minded fellow investors that can help us with this project.

  Regards

Phil Charlton
