How are you and your team finding deals in today's market?

Looking to create a new list for off market single family flips and multifamily units. I have a list that I have put together myself from GIS mapping, but want to increase the size of the list as well as skip trace the list for phone numbers and emails. Any advice on VAs or finding one or am I better off doing it myself on prop stream or batch leads?

Would love to connect! I have done 3 deals this past year (2 flips and 1 wholesale). Always looking to connect and partner with people especially on the marketing side as I have been struggling to find deals as of late.

Any good services that you can recommend? I am currently hand written letters and sending them after grabbing different lists from batch leads.

I have done three flips in my first year as a house flipper in Columbia County (north of Madison). All three of these deals have come from wholesalers, but those leads from them are now drying up. Any advice on marketing steps people are seeing success with in order to produce consistent lead generation? Thank you for all responses!

Just finishing up my masters degree and have limited funds, but wanting to continue to grow my real estate portfolio. I am currently flipping my first house in Columbus, Wisconsin where my partner is funding the project and I am doing the work and we are splitting the profits. I want to continue to network and possibly team up with other investors on flips and long term rentals. Also reading how to invest in real estate with little to no money.
