Happy holidays to everyone! 

My wife Heidi and I are looking for people in the greater Madison Wisconsin area to learn from.  We are both willing to do the grunt work.  Right now our focus is learning the wholesale side of the business and possibly co-wholesaling with an experienced investor. 

Some experience we have: 

- Over the last two years we have listened to dozens of podcasts. We Also just finished reading for the second time Anson Young’s book - “Finding and Funding Great Deals”

- Currently owner occupy a duplex in Barneveld, WI 

- Than Merrill’s book “ The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible. 

- Paid cash for 5 acres vacant land in Wisconsin Dells (long term buy and hold) 

 -Familiar with listsource.com , local tax records website, and have a list of driving for dollars leads.
