Beginning Investors Wisconsin

Peyton Henry
Posted

Just finishing up my masters degree and have limited funds, but wanting to continue to grow my real estate portfolio. I am currently flipping my first house in Columbus, Wisconsin where my partner is funding the project and I am doing the work and we are splitting the profits. I want to continue to network and possibly team up with other investors on flips and long term rentals. Also reading how to invest in real estate with little to no money. That is a little more about me, but reach out and connect as I have the drive, but currently lacking the funds.

Welcome to BP! Congrats on working on your first flip. Columbus is a market that is really starting to wake up in the past 8 months or so.  I don't have anything to bring to the table for flipping since I strictly buy & hold, but I'm an open book for any questions you have on getting into rentals.
