I have a dated house I'm having the doors and trim panted and I was wondering if its beneficial to replace the dated door knobs to the bedrooms/ closets? Or just leave them? Thanks in advance it will be around 100$ to replace the dated ones.

I'll start it out. I own 2 single family homes A 813 sf rents $1,250 per month A 1413 sf rents $1,180 per month How about you?

I know those are for larger expenses for example for a new roof or a broken pipe. However insurance covers both of those things.
