Hello Everyone. I run a wholesaling company that markets in the northeast part of FL and I am looking for a new PPL company to buy "motivated" leads from. I use to use NeedToSellMyHouseFast.com, but over the past 2 months, most of the leads that I got from them were junk leads or people just asking for top dollar. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for another company that they use to buy motivated leads from? This obviously isn't my only marketing channel, but it is one of them to go allow with cold calling and texting.

I appreciate anyones advise.

Hi BP Community. I am a wholesaler and flipper in massachusetts and am currently just focusing on buying and/or wholesaling single family homes. I want to expand and try to get into wholesaling vacant land. I was wondering how do you comp vacant land and what are the key metrics you look for. I have watched some videos and done some research on it, but wanted to get some tips from the BP community. Anything knowledge you can give me would be very appreciated.

Quote from @Andrew Freed:

@Paul Veronis My network and I are always looking for deal finders. What areas in Mass do you find off market properties in? A lot of my network invest in Western Mass such as Worcester County and the Lowell area. Also, happy to connect. Feel free to DM me.

I mainly have been looking for off market deals in the Worcester County area, but I plan on expanding throughout mass in the future.

@Steven Foster Wilson I would monitor the general contractor's work but I don't have much experience in rehabbing houses, so I would want a contractor who knows what he is doing and would keep me updated on the project.
