LLC or S-Corp for Starting a Real Estate Investing Company

Hello Everyone.

I am looking to start my own real estate investing company where I plan on mainly wholesaling, but also flipping properties and buying rental properties. I feel like most people use and LLC for there companies and that is what I am planning on doing but I figured I would reach out to the BP community and see what your thoughts are?

I would definitely recommend setting up an LLC, also I strongly recommend setting it up as an anonymous LLC.

If you plan on holding multiple properties in one LLC, then it may be worth looking into a Series LLC, as it has unlimited scalability.
