Great deal.  I used to be able to find deals like that in the Charlotte area for manufactured homes.....no more.  Is that an on or off frame mod?

MHP license? Please elaborate.  Here in NC, for example, you must have a license to be a MH dealer or sell MHs as a salesperson.   So

Normally, you will just find those on a stand alone lot. Developers normally come in and develop multiple multi units. There may be some existing new construction for sale if you check out MLS. What price point are you trying to stay under?

That should be a concern but there are many other variables when dealing with a MHP.  How much education do you have in the MHP space?
