Bullshi#.  I have family that are medical professionals.  Is this a medical forum or an investment forum?  I don't buy all the crap, the gov. tells me so any of you fools want to continue to wear the "mask", go for it.  Same goes with the vax.  Have at it.  Wonder why the flu vax is free?   I know tons of people that get the flu, most every single one, get the vaccine.  I'm 58 years old, never have I gotten the flu, nor the vaccine.  My cardio, by the way is better than most 25 years olds.   I take no scripts, eat meat and eggs, low carbs, lift weights.  In great shape.  Fauci and company talk in circles

I have done on  most every one I have ever done.  I have flipped a bunch dating back the last 20 years.  Basically, you just need to have the piers sure-walled.

Actually, we are but you are spot on....debt and deficits are out of control....I do not have a good feeling about what is going to play out.  The worst is yet to come.

New house, they should repace....I would have prior to the inspection...Builder should have known priot to putting on market.
