Okay, that would not be considered a park.   You most likely have to purchase each home with their lots..you would need to go a different route than mhp financing.

All on one parcel or separate parcels?

We're in uncharted waters now, folks. Costs are going up like never before.  This is not the builders faults.

Follow your gut, Todd.   Patience is a good investment right now.  I sold a lot of my dirt when I saw what was on the horizon.  Mind you, I bought to build spec houses on.  I made great money on the dirt.  A year past, lumber prices are through the roof, labor going up, "shortages", etc...now the new pipeline interference.  If we can't get enough fuel......guess what?  They don't teach this in college.  

Smart money is not buying real estate right now.  The bubbles have yet to burst.  We have still not seen the fallout from the moratoriums and forbearances yet.  When they lift those, watch and see.  Silver is a great play right now.  

Welcome to the jungle, kids.  Institutional loot is rearing it's evil head throughout the country....we are in a bubble that continues to grow...not good.

RUN.....don't walk.   There will be plenty of bargains if an when the moratoriums are lifted.   The injustice system is not on the side of the smaller investors...don't buy toxic waste.

For cash, that's it.  If financed, it will not fund until after you get a CO.

..........and the prices will continue to rise.  No doubt in my mind.  This was all done by design.  The crash is coming and the dollar is about done.

I would suggest getting educated in the space.  There is quite a bit you need to know.
