@Alexander Lurie I grew up in Richmond but now live in Indy. Richmond is a pretty nice town. There are beautiful old homes throughout the area but a good portion of them need a lot of work. I know that Renaissance Properties is going through and restoring a lot of these old homes. They are doing some really good work there. Maybe its worth reaching out to them. 

Indianapolis is a great market for out of state investors. With lower price points, cash flow, and solid appreciation, Indy really does it all. Happy to share more if you're interested. Wish you the best!
