Looking at Nashville for multiplex investments. Does anyone have recommendations?

@Dan Burstain If you ever find any deals like that 4-plex you spoke of in Austin let me know. I am of the mindset there are always deals to be had if the numbers work. Takes some patience and a lot of looking but they are around.

@alfred Harrison I feel like Niche.com does a pretty good job and has food info by county, zip, suburb, family neighborhood, etc.. and gives a good breakdown of each
