Where to get crime, job, population statistics?

Hello all,

Can you please advise on some places you all visit in order to find information like crime statistics, job growth rates and population growth rates in your area? For me, I'm in Delaware County, which is outside of Philadelphia County. I'm having a fairly tough time finding useful data on these items. Sometimes, the data is just old (like 3-5 years outdated) or it's just kind of incomplete. Input is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Al

@Alfred Harrison Find a realtor in your area that is willing to work with you. Also ask them if they know what RPR is and if they use it on a regular basis to run reports for their clients on many things that you just mentioned. RPR is only available to realtors and pulls detailed info about communities that is compiled from third party, as well as, MLS data in every state in the US. It helps us Realtors avoid violating Fair Housing Act laws and reports can number +30 pages depending on how the agent customizes the report. I always run them for my investor clients. Especially the ones investing from out-of-state and don't know much about the communities I am recommending to them based on their exit strategy.
