Hey Micah,

My favorite strategy is real estate notes.

How are your rental deals coming along?

Check out real estate notes. You still get cashflow without the hassles of property management!

Hi Pedro,

Congrats on the sale of your property!

Real estate notes are a great way to collect monthly cashflow without the hassles of property management.

What are your objectives with investing?

Hi Tammy,

I hope you're doing well!

Have you ever looked at real estate notes? They can provide cashflow with nearly no management needed.

I don't think you would be able to 1031 into a note deal though. I hear some syndications can take 1031 exchanges.

Good luck!

Hey AJ,

I hope you're well!

How did the Vedado deal go?

I read through some of the thread above and see that you're interested in cashflow but are also busy with work. Have you ever looked at performing real estate notes?

They can provide cashflow while being much more passive than a rental. No tenants or property management.

Hey Paul, AJ and Michael.

Are you only interested in LTR and STR deals? What markets?

Thanks

Paul

@Christian Peterson

You could start wholesaling though there will be some start up and marketing costs. It’ll also take a lot of time and effort. After several profitable wholesale deals, you would then have money to invest.

You could also get a private investor to fund your deals.

You can definitely do either!

Hey Everybody,

Any preferences on SDIRA custodians? Any better than others for private lending?

If you do that yourself, I'd love to hear your experience!

@Kyle Baxter

Google “we buy houses **insert your city**”

or something along those lines. You’ll find many wholesalers websites.

Also your market’s fb group!
