Hi guys I’m looking for a multi family properties in Minnesota. I already own a single family rental and I am looking to grow. I would love a triplex or more to add. I am based in NY so I am looking for local connections. 

I would also love to hear from anybody that is investing in Minnesota.

Hi guys I have a 4 family in Queens NY. I have two bedroom rental available. There are so many available apartments here because everybody is moving to the suburbs. I plan on doing a section 8 disabled veterans program.

If anybody has experience using section 8 please discuss it here.
