Section 8 specifically Disabled Veterans program

Hi guys I have a 4 family in Queens NY. I have two bedroom rental available. There are so many available apartments here because everybody is moving to the suburbs. I plan on doing a section 8 disabled veterans program.

If anybody has experience using section 8 please discuss it here.
