I am looking to get into getting distressed properties flipping them or assigning them to an investor. Mostly wholesaling, double closing when needed and I need solid contacts to use. I am not clear on what and what I can do in NY. I need an attorney that is an expert with complicated real estate transactions and can help with all my closing needs. Must have experience with assignments contracts in NEW YORK
must be located in Long Island

I purchased the lot already. But the permitting process is now 90-180 days due to pandemic worker shortage and demand. I at least a few months away to even started construction. How about you?

Hi guys I have a single-family brand new build rental in Minnesota with property management in place. The tenant sent it bounced check and now they’re not paying. The property management put these tenants in even with a credit score of only around 500. Unfortunately I had no say I was shocked they would accept these tenants.

They are applying for the rent help Covid relief. I was wondering if anybody has that experience with this program and if landlords are getting paid on time or how long youhave to wait while the case is in pending to be processed

Thanks
