Why doesn't your buyer want to buy it before the 20 days ?

I am considering purchase of new construction for rental. The advantage I see is condition. However, I am wondering if this is a good idea. All the discussions seem to lean towards purchasing existing property and renovating. Also where do I find good data on rental rates?

Does any one has any insight on purchasing new construction for income property?

Thank you, gentlemen. I asked because I saw some deals come across BP but I am in another state and I have no idea how that would work short of me going there. I have to learn more about that... any ideas on source ?
