Today I found a Duplex in Lake Worth and contacted the listing Agent Lisa.  It seems like a good buy but as a first time Investment buyer its scary are there any coaches out there looking  for a good student.   would love to connect

I am finding diamonds in the rough in my local Fort Lauderdale area, but having newbie issues, could use some coach & partnering to follow through on execution.  Found out some sellers are reasonable in their approach.

determine what types of properties you want to invest in, then choose a target area. build a team. I would start with a few brokers in the area to find properties.  Confidence is key.

Locating what appears to be deals on the popular websites, but when I start on the numbers I get the discouraging brain numb. 8 Cap & 12% Cash on cash. I was told to make friends with brokers and get "Pocket deals".  more of the same is happening. I am staying on this learning curve and riding it to my first great deal.....   I am rocking with the Rockers  :)
