Hello BP, I have a quick question for you guys who use FB advertising. So I'm still in the process up building some capital up for an attorney to help me set up an LLC and get all things situated and secure legally for my wholesale business. But my question is since I done have an actual business name set up yet or have an LLC —(can you still run Ads trying to find motivated sellers?)— Or could run ads to get people to go on your website?

Hey BP, my names Paul and I’m thinking about moving to San Diego from Redding up Here in northern CA. So what I’m wondering is how is the San Diego market?

Wholesaling is what I’d end up doing since it’s what I do here in Redding.

Are there good deals going being found in the area or prices to high? What are your guys thoughts about wholesaling in San Diego? Any advice or suggestions before or after making the jump all the way down south.

@Paul Fagot what I’m reading could be wrong but I guess it’s been a thing for a while or maybe it was a different program. I’m seeing it’s a new thing then I see stuff from 2017-2018?

So I saw today through an email I got from something I signed up for a while ago. Is that Zillow is buying homes for cash now??? Will this help or hurt investors? Which investors will this help or hurt? Is Zillow Wholesaling?

I believe it’s in certain areas right now. I just looked it up and here’s a link if anyone wants to check it out.

Hello everyone! The question i have for you guys is that i have some money now and i want to take my business to the next level which is getting some solid contracts for wholesaling and starting an LLC. I contacted a few RE attorneys in my area and before i choose which one i wanna use and make an appointment, what should i bring to the table when we start discussing my needs so i can get my moneys worth.

So far what i was thinking was a couple of example P&S agreement and Assignment contracts so they can get the main idea of what I'm doing and what my goals are? I don't know, what do you guys think? Im just trying to make things easier on them and me haha

Any wholesalers or investors out there use any legal services like (Legal Zoom, or Legal Shield) for any contracts to have them looked over for example -Purchase and Sales Agreements and Assignment of Contracts? Curious to get your guys feedback before going out and finding a real estate attorney! Thanks BP!
