New to wholesaling. Look for the right way to start.

Hello everyone

 Just starting this game of wholesale investing. I have not made my first deal but I feel I’m close. Any good advice out there. I have done my research and am super confident. What is the best way to get this ball rolling. One of my biggest questions is what is the best way to do the contracts. Thank you in advance.

@Paul Diaz welcome to BP

Most people start with wholesaling because they don't have much money. Since they are brand new they also don't have much Knowledge.

So my advice is learn as much as you can. Learn the technique which is pretty basic, learn how to evaluate deals and most importantly learn you market so you know a deal when you see one. That means looking at perhaps hundreds of deals ad evaluating them.
