Does BP have anything on Taxes on property ownership? Also looking for a good tax man/woman in Atlanta Georgia. 

@John Teachout, I have a 4plex in Atlanta only one tenant work with me by paying rent the others dont even want to answer my phone calls or email. All but one of thses Tennants are mth to mth. Any idea how to evict these tenants? I tried work with my tenants but only the ones in Orlando call me back. I was able to work out a reduce payment.

@Jeremy Smola , awesome! I like this strategy. Jermy are you saying with this system you can have an account for monies from different properties, and save them under the property addresses or names? Around hiw much do you have to pay for using this system?

Hey guys, is there a easy way to receive rents from tenants who have or may not have checking accounts. ? where would be best to keep rent/investment monies. Any Advise would be appreciated
