Granted, I'm a buyer- so I don't mind having evidence in my arsenal that supports my position :D That being said, I agree with this article in the Miami Herald

It's not time to grab that falling knife just yet...

I just wanted to say hello to the Bigger Pockets community. It's nice to be here.

I'm a real estate investor (residential rehab, wholesale, buy and hold) with property in southern Illinois, north central Indiana, and Palm Beach County, Florida.

Here to learn, to network, and do deals.
