I just wanted to say hello to the Bigger Pockets community. It's nice to be here.

I'm a real estate investor (residential rehab, wholesale, buy and hold) with property in southern Illinois, north central Indiana, and Palm Beach County, Florida.

Here to learn, to network, and do deals.

I was introduced to BP by Tim Wieneke, and a few others who suggested it as a great resource. So far, so good.
