Thank you,Evan.

Am trying to purchase my first rental property and not having any success yet.I'm finding that my offers are not high enough and that some properties I'm interested in are going into contract even before the first announced open house. The multifamily homes I went to visit over the weekend didn't push through because the tenants would not cooperate and allow entry.I'll continue to set appointments and do whatever I have to but am wondering if I should change my approach or if this is to be expected. Thanks

Can anyone refer a good property manager for Newark?

Great feedback.Thanks a lot,guys!

Thanks,Lee.Of the two I looked at,one looked like basic cement and the other was cinder blocks.

Am looking at some multifamily homes and many were constructed about 100 years ago.I'm concerned about the foundations being so old.Do these older structures tend to be more problematic with the foundations? Anything in particular I should be examining? Thanks

Thank you,Lashawn. I know a ton of money has flowed in over the past few years.Hopefully those resources reach the neighborhoods away from Broad Street.

David, yes,I've seen quite a few newer homes in the area. How have you found attracting good tenants?
