What is the rental market like now with COVID-19? I have a place in northern NJ and am wondering what the average time it takes to get a place rented out.Thanks

My rental in NJ hit the market this week and so far a very slow response.It's listed on the MLS and many web sites. I expected to possibly make adjustments to what I'm asking for but am wondering what part,if any, COVID-19 may be playing as well.Thoughts,suggestions? Thank you

How do we know if the terms of our investment loans,such as the interest rate and closing fees, are good?

Thanks GP and DP. Is their a standard,or close to,percentage rate related to closing costs? Such as,5% of the selling price?
