Looking for some insight into the development process in Spokane city limits, namely West Central on the edge of Kendall Yards.

Goal is to build a triplex and a SFR on land zoned RHD that currently has two duplexes on it. I am curious what the best initial steps might be.

Would love to buy coffee/pints for anyone interested in sharing their knowledge.

John Daniello Rockwell Institute was fairly quick and easy. It is true that you need to continue refreshing and that not much applies to real life but online was the way to go for me. Best of lucks.
