Development in Spokane

Looking for some insight into the development process in Spokane city limits, namely West Central on the edge of Kendall Yards.

Goal is to build a triplex and a SFR on land zoned RHD that currently has two duplexes on it. I am curious what the best initial steps might be.

Would love to buy coffee/pints for anyone interested in sharing their knowledge.

Thanks in advance. :)

I'd recommend going down the county and start asking questions at the city planning department. They are pretty helpful and friendly.
