What is your hit rate on phone calls?  Cold calling is not my favorite activity, but I can get over that in a hurry if it bares fruit.

Has anyone found any corelation between age of owner and lead quality?  I am new and looking to buy my first list.  I am trying to narrow down the number of entries generated by the list and improve lead quality.

I made the decision to get into the buy and hold business in the Lincoln, NE area.  I am a Field Sales Engineer with with an industrial process measurement company, but I also enjoy real estate and extra income.  I am beginning my search for my first rental purchase.  I will continue to listen to the podcast and read the forums to learn all I can.
