I made the decision to get into the buy and hold business in the Lincoln, NE area.  I am a Field Sales Engineer with with an industrial process measurement company, but I also enjoy real estate and extra income.  I am beginning my search for my first rental purchase.  I will continue to listen to the podcast and read the forums to learn all I can.
