@Janelle Hicks Looking to see how this turned out as I have a very similar situation. Were you able to figure out a solution to keep the trailer and get financing, or did you have to remove it? It’s been suggested to me from others to remove the trailer during closing and then put it back after closing on the property. There is a tenant already in there so not sure if that’s the most ideal solution (would have to put him up somewhere else during that time as well as store his stuff).

@Jesus Orbea South End is the more favorable part of Hartford, I would stay far away from the North End. I would reach out to @Felipe Pereria who can share his experience with properties in Hartford.
