Could you have made money getting in early yes. But Bitcoin has zero intrinsic value and there are many new digital currencies coming on the market. I don’t see the appeal IMO.

I personally use Euro Pacific Capital. But I believe this economy is headed for a correction and dollar to take a plunge. Maybe worth looking at.

I have dealt with Kathy’s network and I’m honestly pleased this far. I have purchased in Jacksonville and currently closing in DFW. I recommend going out to visit your purchase before you close with anyone if you choose to go TK route. It has worked for me it can work for you. It all depends on how hands on you wanna be. If YOUR numbers make sense then I say move forward. I honestly only care what the price of the house is when I buy and when I sell. I use that money I make OOS to pay down my loans for properties I own in my state of California. Hope this helps. Turnkey can work believe me.

Just do your diligence and see if they qualify. Treat them like any other tenant.

Walk away IMO. Sloppy rehab if rehab is what they call it. Move forward with something your comfortable with. I agree with Brian. Try and position yourself to have as less maintenance as you can. Or maybe buy a newer home?

Absolutely. I think the Norris Group might either be involved closely with that REIC. Or they may do their own.
