very easily done. I also have a few great  properties in the $50k range available. Currently have a duplex for $60k available.

Hey @Joe S. We use David Pilger at Pilger Title for all of our real estate.  He is usually at the Ocean Springs office.  You can also try CC Moreno at Moreno Law Firm. They're out of Hattiesburg but can probably help you out.

I have a similar situation on a property in MS. I'm working with a local attorney, in MS I believe it will still need to go through the court system.  I'd suggest finding a good local attorney to help sort it out.

Where in MS are you looking? I have a few local to the Coast I can recommend

@Isaac El. In our county, the courts are allowing evictions just not for non payment of rent.
