Real estate attorney recommendation Mississippi? So a colleague sold a property on a contract for deed a number of years back in Mississippi. The buyers have quit paying and needs a lawyer to look at the contract for sale and advise how to proceed as well as to send out the notices and handle the procedure. Can anyone recommend a real estate attorney in Mississippi. The property is located near Gulfport Mississippi.
