Good morning everyone! I recently learned that it's harder to get a cash out refinance loan when your property is being held in an LLC. Do you know what type of banks/lenders to look for who will do this? And what a is a good interest rate for these types of loans? Thanks all!

I am refinancing now in my LLC. It is a bit challenging. The more challenging part is the value of the property. I'm paying a bit higher interest rate because the property value is quite low. Ion Capital is who I'm using.
