I've saved a bit of money the last few years and I like the economies of scale I could achieve with that sized property. I would also consider being an o/o in a fourplex so I could use a va loan.

My name is Parker. Looking to break into the business and purchase a 4-8 unit multifamily building in Texas within the next year. I was originally thinking Houston, but after doing some research, the market is looking a bit frothy. What would yall recommend Houston, San Antonio, or D/FW?

Also intrigued by note buying in retirement accounts. I've been lurking for a while and decided to post after listening to the podcast today. Thanks for the help.
