@Monique O'Dell looks like you’ll have a lot of reading to do. Great question. I used to read so much back in the day but now I rarely find something that catches my attention. One book i couldn’t put down was The Surrender Experiment by Michael Singer. It’s all based on his life and incredible read. He went from living in a van off of a student stipend to flying in his jet.

This article on our latest deal just came out today. They did a really great job and helpfully this helps in boosting rentals for us. We’ve had to clean house since we’ve taken over.

@Kyle Mitchell thx for reach out. LA is an extremely different market. Used to live there 20 yrs back before I came back to PA and started work.

@Erik Hatch thanks for asking. I currently have 2000 units and have a goal of reaching 5000 but have not set a time on it. I believe things happen in their own time and I try to focus on what’s practical and important in the present. All our units are in PA now but hopefully we can close a deal in warmer climate like Florida in 2-3 years but I’m not attached to it happening. How about yourself?
