@Jason Merchey From an interview I listened to recently Ken still has 1000's of units. He's stopped buying for the moment because prices have gone up so much due to equity funds mostly investing and not worrying too much about exit CAP only because they need to invest large sums of money they have. He's not out of the game per se. if you find a deal that works for go for it. The markets at a high so good deals are hard to come by but people are still doing deals. I found a large fixer upper deal but other than that I'm mostly waiting on a correction or staying open for the ‘right' deal. Good luck 🍀

@Yonah Weiss Yes thanks so much for the reminder. I have started off with people in the local vicinity so that I can practice and get used to the whole podcast thing. It’s also a different energetic to be in the same room as opposed to talking online. I will eventually venture out and ask you to come on and share about cost segregation if you’d honor me. Thanks again for the support.

@Jaysen Medhurst Great questions. I’ve been managing/investing in multifamily real estate for 20 years so I feel like I have something to share of value. When I search my ‘soul’ about why I’m even doing it (the podcast), the answer I get is to build community, find my ‘tribe’ and network which are three ways of saying the same thing lol 😂 so I guess the bottom line is connection and giving back, creating value. I don’t have any long drawn out plan. Never have honestly. I just take one step at a time and figure until it no longer makes sense to follow through and chart another course. Thanks so much for such great questions.

@Michael Reilman yes I’ve done all that except for the signature piece. Still trying to figure that out lol. Thanks for commenting.

@Gaspare U. Are you talking about creating a signature link on BiggerPockets?

Thanks for your comment.

We just started a brand new podcast and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to promote it.  My main objective is to build community and share experience/inspiration.

@Jeff Cagle I just tried to share our first podcast and I was taken down immediately. I wasn’t trying to sell anything. Just get some feedback and hopefully connect with more of my tribe but I understand. It’s all good.
